Yes, we are changing and shaking up the small business world. Customers have always dominated the outlets where they had a voice and could rant about businesses and rate them etc. but we decided to put our foot down and raise the roof. Small business owners are so tired of dealing with customers that want things for free, are impatient, rude, penny pincher’s and just flat out mean.
